To continue watching content that requires an active TV subscription, your provider has pre-determined intervals that will require you to sign out and back into the app. There are a few quick steps that should have you enjoying your favorite programs once again.
- If you are using a device that allows you to enable Single Sign-On with your provider, please try disabling this feature so that you can sign in directly through the app.
- Sign out of the app using the settings option within your app and then sign back in with the username and password associated with your TV subscription.
