Sometimes these things can happen, but we do have steps to fix this!
1. Please sign out of the app on your XBox One
2. Try clearing the cache by following the steps within this link; https://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Deleting-Old-Files-from-PlayStation-4-and-Xbox-One-Consoles.
3. Clear cache & cookies for the browser that you are using to activate the app. Be sure to disable any ad blockers or tracking protection add-ons that you may be using.
4. Grab a new code by selecting 'Sign In'
5. Enter the new code and see if the activation is successful.
If you do not have this network within your current cable/satellite package, then you will not have access to all the content. Feel free to check the episodes under ‘Unlocked Episodes’!
