Sometimes these things can happen, but we do have steps to fix this! If you continue to have trouble after trying the below, please select 'Submit a Request' above to open a troubleshooting ticket.
1. Please sign out of the app on your XBox One
2. Try clearing the cache by following the steps within this link; https://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Deleting-Old-Files-from-PlayStation-4-and-Xbox-One-Consoles.
3. Clear cache & cookies for the browser that you are using to activate the app. Be sure to disable any ad blockers or tracking protection add-ons that you may be using.
4. Grab a new code by selecting 'Sign In'
5. Enter the new code and see if the activation is successful.
