1. Please sign out of the app on your smart TV
2. Clear cache and cookies for the browser that you are using to activate the app, make sure ad blockers or tracking protection are off.
3. Grab a new code by selecting ‘Sign In’
4. Refresh the browser that you are using to activate and enter the code.
