You may receive a message that you are not authorized or there will be a lock on the video when attempting to stream. To continue watching content that requires an active TV subscription, your provider has pre-determined intervals that will require you to sign out and back into the app. Below are a few quick steps that should have you enjoying your favorite programs once again.
- First, try signing out and then signing back into the app. This is a simple step that usually does the trick!
- If you are using a device that allows you to enable Single Sign-On with your provider, please try disabling this feature so that you can sign in directly through the app.
- For iOS devices
- Under Settings, scroll to TV Provider
- Select 'Sign Out'
- Choose your TV Provider from the list and sign in with your Username and Password
- For iOS devices
- Sign out of the GO app under the 'Settings' option and then sign back in with the Username and Password associated with your TV subscription.
