- Please sign out of the app on your Xbox One.
- Try clearing the cache by following the steps within this link; https://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Deleting-Old-Files-from-PlayStation-4-and-Xbox-One-Consoles.
- Grab a new code by selecting ‘Sign In’.
- Refresh the browser that you are using to activate.
- Type the activation URL provided on your TV screen and enter the code.
