If you are having trouble signing out of the GO app, we have some steps that should help. If you continue to have trouble, please select 'Submit a Request' above to open a troubleshooting ticket.
iPhone/iPad
- Under the Main Menu (
) select 'Settings'.
- Select 'Sign Out'.
- If you are having trouble signing out through the app, you may have Single Sign-On enabled under TV Provider in your device settings.
- Under your device settings, scroll down to the GO app you want to sign out of.
- If TV Provider is enabled (Green), tap the slide bar to disable.
Android Phone/Tablet
- Under the Main Menu (
) select 'Settings'.
- Select 'Sign Out'.
Roku/Roku TV/Apple TV/Fire TV/Fire Stick
On the main screen, select 'Sign Out'.
