If you are having trouble signing out of the GO app, we have some steps that should help. If you continue to have trouble, please select 'Submit a Request' above to open a troubleshooting ticket.
iPhone/iPad
1. Under the Main Menu ( ) select 'Settings'
2. Select 'Sign Out'
3. If you are having trouble signing out through the app, you may have Single Sign-On enabled under TV Provider in your device settings
- Under your device settings, scroll down to the GO app you want to sign out of
- If TV Provider is enabled (Green), tap the slide bar to disable
Android Phone/Tablet
1. Under the Main Menu ( ) select 'Settings'
2. Select 'Sign Out'
Roku/Roku TV/Apple TV/Fire TV/Fire Stick
1. On the main screen, select 'Sign Out'
