To improve our viewers' experience across our brands, our Discovery family of networks recently launched an all-inclusive version of our GO apps. The sign-in process has been streamlined, and you no longer need to download each GO app separately. This means that you can sign in to one of our GO apps with your TV provider and gain access to our other branded GO apps without having to open each one separately. It's a one-stop-shop for logging in and watching shows from our various networks.
You may be receiving an error to ‘update’ or ‘restart’ the app on your device. Don't worry; you'll just need to manually update the app to the most recent version. For your first sign-in, you'll also need to re-authenticate your TV provider. Simply sign out of the GO app, by selecting the ‘unlink’ button. Then, sign back in again by selecting your cable or satellite provider and entering those credentials.
